CAYMAN AI HUB
Privacy Notice
Updated 5 November 2026
This notice explains the information used by the current Cayman AI Hub website. The website is publicly available, but shared member accounts and public posting are not enabled.
Information We Collect
Browser-local information
The current discussion tools store your display name, selected interest, locally saved discussions and replies, and bookmarks in this browser’s localStorage under cayman-ai-hub-preview-v1. These records are not uploaded to a shared forum account or made public. The profile form does not request an email address or password.
Hosting and security information
Website hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, request times, requested pages, browser or device information, and other technical information needed to deliver the website, investigate errors, and detect abuse. This is separate from your browser-local records.
Support correspondence
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any information you choose to include. Do not send passwords, identity documents, client records, or other sensitive or confidential information.
If shared accounts are introduced
A shared member service could require usernames, email addresses, forum posts and comments, login activity, IP addresses for security and moderation, and technical information needed to operate the platform. Those account features are not enabled by this notice. We will update the notice to describe the actual service before introducing new collection.
How We Use Information
- Provide the current website, learning resources, and browser-local discussion tools.
- Maintain security and investigate errors, spam, abuse, and malicious activity.
- Respond to messages and privacy concerns that you send us.
If shared accounts become available, additional purposes may include creating and managing accounts, providing community services, moderating public discussions, and communicating important service updates. This does not enrol you in marketing or create an account now.
Public Content
The website’s published pages and linked resources may be visible to visitors and search engines. Your current browser-local profile, discussions, replies, and bookmarks are not published. If public posting is introduced, content submitted to public areas may be visible to other users and search engines.
Do not post confidential, personal, or sensitive information, including private contact details, customer records, financial information, health information, passwords, or access keys.
Cookies and Browser Storage
The current application uses localStorage to remember local profiles, preferences, and saved content; it does not provide login sessions or use application login cookies. We have not added advertising or analytics trackers. Hosting or security services may use essential technical mechanisms separately from the application. External sites have their own privacy and cookie practices.
If shared login features are introduced, essential cookies may be needed to maintain sessions, remember preferences, improve security, and support site functionality. Their actual use will be explained before those features are enabled.
Data Security
The website uses HTTPS and browser security controls. No online system can guarantee complete security. Browser-local storage is not encrypted by the application and may be accessible to someone using the same browser profile. Do not use these tools to store sensitive material.
Retention and Account Deletion
Local records remain until you delete them or your browser clears its storage. Open the browser-data controls to delete this site’s local profile, discussions, replies, and bookmarks. You can also clear site data using your browser settings. Deletion applies to this browser and origin; it does not erase hosting logs, emails, other devices, or other websites.
There is currently no shared member account to delete. You may contact the site administrator about personal information in support correspondence, access or correction requests, or account deletion if account features are introduced. Hosting and email-provider records follow their applicable settings and legal requirements; contact us for details. We do not promise an unverified retention period or immediate deletion from backups.
Your Questions and Requests
Contact us about access, correction, deletion, or a privacy concern. Applicable rights and any lawful limits depend on the relevant data-protection rules. We may need proportionate information to establish that a request concerns your data; do not send identity documents unless a suitable process has been agreed.
